This data is used in biweekly management meetings, which I participate in, as part of a continuous improvement initiative. I also designed in AutoCAD and implemented physically the layout of subassembly work cells, project staging areas, and office cubes. As well, I organized and oversaw the loading of parts in an offsite warehouse into shipping containers to be shipped to one of our overseas customers. These efforts gathered info from the design and assembly teams to decrease the cost of a machine subsystem while maintaining or improving its functionality. I also assisted our lead mechanical engineer on a service trip to two customer bakeries in Arizona and Nevada to rebuild and install 7 EOAT (end-of-arm tool) units on their production line. I took part in the assembly process of 12 different types of post-packaging automation equipment, such as basket stackers and unstackers, conveyors, product loaders, EOAT and Fanuc robotic arms, and a bulk packing line that cuts and seals the Big Mac buns for McDonald's. I taught engineering & coding classes to elementary students ages 7-14. Classes were taught online via Zoom or Google Meet, as well as in-person. I also designed and coded 3 new programs to teach additional classes. As lead instructor, I mentored and trained new instructors on course content. To aid in training, I developed detailed teacher notes for new and existing programs that layout the code in a linear fashion.
