Managed the marketing and development efforts of Reservoir Woods East in Waltham, MA. Responsibilities included organizing and scheduling zoning and permitting activities for a 54 acre property, coordinating project and property data for legal condo and leasing efforts, and preparing proforma financial analysis for investor and lender reporting and approvals.Specific projects included: • National Grid Base Building and Garage: leasing and design of a new 312,000 SF core/shell LEED Gold office building and a separate 5 level above ground parking structure for National Grid USA; $60M in construction volume, design by ADD Inc of Cambridge, MA• Verizon Renovations: demolition and reconstruction of an existing 348,000 SF laboratory facility for Verizon Communications and overall site preparation for future development

Managed the leasing, design, engineering, and construction of life science research building projects within Cambridge, MA; Lebanon, NH; and Boston’s Longwood Medical Area.
