I have always been a highly solution oriented individual, I take pride in my ability to solve complex problems and provide a realistic solution when one may not be forthcoming. Such skills have been improved on where I am able to collaborate with those around me to workout a solution, for example last semester (feb 2023) I was able to learn from my colleagues in how they intend to profit from increasing interest rates, wether that be trading the 3-month SOFR or trying to benefit from increased volatility to equity markets the ability to be solution oriented proved my largest asset. In a forward looking lens I hope to expand my knowledge and skills surrounding the world of equities and commodities in hopes of becoming seriously knowledgable and dependable for future colleagues of mine.

Co-President of the WIC Investment Club, set up an organizational structure where we maintained 5 executive positions, and held numerous roles at the analyst and research levels. Took initiative in my final year to begin an Investment fund structure where we aimed to receive donations to then invest into a portfolio for the school. Through my years in the West Island college Investment club I came 1st place in the school for the Alberta junior investment Challenge, received the Business Institute certificate, and had the opportunity to gain real life insight into the world of equities.
