Provided technical assistance on the US 36 EIS and helped point stakeholders toward a more flexible side running Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system that covers a smaller, reduced footprint, and became the preferred alternative.I 70 PEIS - Helped to develop the I 70 Programmatic EIS 20-year long range project through stakeholder participation meetings, the I 70 Coalition, and the I 70 Coalition Technical Committee; responsible for reviewing and commenting on the I 70 PEIS document. Performed this duty on behalf of both Jefferson County and the I 70 Coalition for a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Project. Evergreen Trails Master Plan - Managed planning, mapping, and public involvement for a local trails planning process. Focused on connecting the downtown area with surrounding library, schools, parks, and retail areas with a walkable/bikeable trails plan. Conducted outreach to area stakeholders and residents. Plan was adopted in 2015.I 70 Studies - Served on the I 70 Coalition Technical Committee and helped prepare the I-70 Land Use Study for Transit. Study looked at potential rail alignments both inside the I 70 highway corridor and off-corridor.
