With over 23 years of experience as an inventor of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) and ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) mix designs, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions for the construction industry. As the President, CTO and Founder of Steelike, Inc., I lead the research and development of our proprietary UHPFRC products, marketed under the brand name Steelike®, and the patent-pending technologies for the pumping and spraying of UHPC.Steelike® UHPC has been used in various projects, such as bridge deck joints, overlays, structural column encasements, and architectural elements, to enhance the strength, durability, ductility, and energy dissipation capacity of concrete structures. I am also a member of the organizing committee for the International Interactive Symposia on UHPC, where I share my knowledge and insights with other researchers, material suppliers, and contractors in the field. My mission is to revolutionize the concrete technology and broaden the application of UHPC in the twenty-first century.
