I am a graduate of Public Health (Disease Control) with a deep interest in global health, particularly in the field of Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and Emerging/Re-emerging Diseases. Currently, I am working with the Ghana Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program (GFELTP) as a Research Intern. In this role, I help design, implement and evaluate surveillance systems, conduct outbreak investigations, and analyze health data to develop evidence-based interventions to address various health challenges in Ghana.My work at GFELTP continues to provide me with a wealth of experience in public health research and practice, including developing and implementing training programs for public health professionals, providing technical assistance to national and international partners, and leading research studies to evaluate the impact of public health interventions.With a strong commitment to equity and social justice, I am passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities, particularly among underserved populations. I am always seeking new opportunities to collaborate with other public health professionals and organizations to advance our collective goal of improving global health.
