Client Connection Specialist
Current• Finding support for Clients in the moments that matter by proactively seeking suitable Support Workers and facilitating long term connections• Calling hundreds of members of our community per week, providing quality service, and following up with thorough documentation in Zendesk• Managing general enquiries for Hireup’s Clients, Support Workers, etc.• Collaborating and networking with individuals and teams across the business• Provide internal Support Office employees with shadowing and training opportunities• Invested in continual improvement of Hireup’s policies, procedures and processes• An original member of Hireup’s Social Committee, dedicated to improving Company Culture (through Culture Amp implementation, social initiatives, etc).• Pioneered Hireup's "You can't ask that" campaign and interviews, a well regarded initiative to raise awareness of LGBTQI+ experiences
