Congressional Intern
As a Congressional Intern for Congressman Mike Carey of Ohio's 15th Congressional District, I gained invaluable experience in the legislative process and constituent services. My responsibilities included researching legislative issues, drafting correspondence, attending briefings, and assisting with constituent inquiries. I developed strong skills in policy analysis, communication, and time management. Additionally, I learned the importance of effective public service, collaboration, and the intricacies of government operations. This internship provided a comprehensive understanding of the legislative process and the vital role of a Congressional office in serving its constituents.
