Club currently working towards competing in the 2022 SAE AreoConnect and AUVSI Student Unmanned Aerial System Competitions. Electrical Team Lead since May 2021. Responsible for project management, competition preparation, mentoring new team members, delegating tasks, and leading the electrical/firmware design.Placed 1st in the 2021 SAE Aeroconnect design challenge with an innovative design proposal for a mass transit urban air mobility system.Developing an autonomous fixed wing aircraft for the international 2022 AUVSI SUAS competition in Maryland, USA. System will be capable of ground object image recognition, mapping, and payload drop.

16 month software developer internship working with the software that runs on a radio board built by Aurora Wireless Networks.Developed a software unit testing framework and created a guideline document for all future testing.Principal developer for a new embedded system product. Implemented new customer requirements and redesigned software modules. Collaborated closely with the hardware team to integrate software and problem solve errors.Wrote and maintained project plan, system design, acceptance test plan, and unit test plan documents.Trained new intern and created an introductory project based on an observed need for a new debugging tool.

Created engineering drawings and assisted in the design for the placement of high voltage receptacles for nuclear decommissioning equipment located in an area with security design limitations. Communicated with Electrical Engineers, Electricians, Electrical Techs, Instrumentation Techs, and conducted field-walk-downs to accurately correct and update engineering drawings to company standards.
