I'm a freelance full time industry trainer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I’m seeking opportunities to offer my technical training consultancy and services to education institutes and public & private organizations in helping them to train future and existing technical workforce as a multiskilled technologists and technicians to enhance employability and/or to improve working efficiency in various manufacturing sectors.I have over 30 years working & teaching experience in materials and manufacturing engineering since 1988. I possess strong fundamentals knowledge in technical science & have special talent to communicate and explain to others the principle involved in various manufacturing activities. Over the years, I have developed a series of patented Manufacturing Insights Skills Training (MIST) programs for various manufacturing processes including plastic molding, metal stamping, die casting, forging, semiconductor assembly technology, tools & dies making and heat treatment process.I like to train people from various ranks & races to assist them in improving quality & productivity for a profitable manufacturing operation. I can link the various engineering disciplines with real industrial use and has made many of my course participants to appreciate the significant of technical details study for manufacturing improvement. I’m a trilingual instructor who can instruct technical courses in English, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia or Mandarin (or a combination of the languages) to ensure full understanding of my presentation to trainees from all levels.Technical training is a special profession. I believe as a dedicated & effective industry trainer, one must posses intellectual knowledge and experience to train (QUALIFIED TO TRAIN); sharing knowledge & skills with others (WILLING TO TRAIN) and transferring knowledge & skills to others (KNOW HOW TO TRAIN).
