SPACE DELIRIUM is a French Board Game Studio with the mission to encourage to Dare the Unknown. We imagine and create games inspired by space. Thanks to the support of a worldwide community, we fund our concepts through crowdfunding campaigns (€300K+ on Kickstarter & BackerKit).

Internship at Seize Degrés focused on the creation of a new business, providing full immersion into the entrepreneurial world.- Close collaboration with Aurélien Binauld, founder, and the team to develop the startup’s concept.- Responsible for drafting the business plan, seeking funding through partners such as Réseau Entreprendre Hainaut and Initiative Cambrésis, and exploring bank credit options.- Contributed to the startup’s success by applying skills in business strategy and marketing.- Enriching experience that deepened my understanding of business creation and financing in France, complementing academic studies with practical experience.

Internship at the Hénin-Carvin Urban Community focused on implementing an e-learning system for municipal employees.- Conducted in-depth research on e-learning platform options, evaluating costs, screen time requirements, and alternative software solutions.- Collaborated with the IT Manager and worked under the supervision of HR Director Catherine Demarle to assess the training needs of municipal employees.- Collected feedback on employees’ learning preferences to guide the program’s development.- Designed an e-learning program incorporating interactive videos, quizzes, and simulations to enhance engagement and information retention.- Created a resource library with complementary materials for further learning.- Organized training sessions to familiarize employees with the e-learning platform and provided ongoing technical support.

Internship at Milonga, a musical instrument retailer, marking my first professional experience.- Direct assistance to the store manager and team, providing insight into the operation of a commercial unit.- Initial training in sales and customer service fundamentals, including building relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting product value.- Learning advanced sales techniques such as active listening, open-ended questioning, and storytelling to engage customers.- Exposure to sales team management, including data analysis for trend identification and sales strategy development.- Project management experience through organizing a concert for Milonga’s students at L’Escapade in Hénin-Beaumont, involving equipment preparation, communication, and event promotion.- Event promotion participation through flyer distribution and social media engagement, under the store manager’s supervision.- Understanding crisis management and activity planning within a complex commercial environment, with Milonga operating inside a Cultura store.
