My responsibilities include:-Drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents, including license agreements, purchase agreements, assignments and transition services agreements;-Reviewing and advising clients on commercial agreements with customers and vendors;-Advising clients on data privacy and security risks and vulnerabilities; and-Conducting and reviewing public records searches of IP asset holdings and IP-related litigation in connection with private equity transactions.
