We build a trading platform for automobile insurance agents. It greatly reduces transaction costs and significantly improve transaction efficiency. In June 2019, we got the financing of round B of 20 million USD. I served this company from Jan 2019 - Aug 2019, and rejoin from March of 2021.

In charge of Great Wall Motor's online car hailing, rental and sharing business, completed the operation and disposal of 10,558 NEVs in 2020. Obtained RMB 650 million of the state subsidies, and promoted the 2-year residual value rate of ORA (GWM's NEV brand) reached 74%, just behind Tesla in China.

As an external consultant, I served for Chery Automobile, a well-known domestic independent brand of China, and deeply participated in its mobility-service related strategic positioning and preliminary planning.

Based on "New Industrial Cities" of the CFLD real estate company, towards the intelligent transportation in the future, we designed a new business model with "Smart parking & Wireless charging & Automatic driving" as the core strategic path.
