Over the past decade, William has gained invaluable career experience working in a variety of roles at Lloyds Banking Group, the UK’s largest retail and commercial financial services provider. After performing critical roles on a number of high-profile regulatory programmes, he moved into a newly formed in-house strategy team working directly with the Group’s Transformation Director. Since joining this team in January 2019, he has helped shape and communicate the Group’s future transformation strategy and is now leading a small sub-team responsible for designing the target operating model for the technology function. Throughout his career, William has been recognised for his ability to solve complex problems by taking a pragmatic yet creative approach. He has also been commended for his ability to deliver high quality outputs whilst working in high pressure environments.
