Cayuse Technologies was founded in 2006 by Randy Willis, a transformational business leader, an innovator, and a Native American member of the Oglala Lakota (Sioux nation) along with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation. Randy’s expertise is rooted in 37 years with Accenture, implementing business and technology solutions in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Combining experience with opportunity, Randy developed the concept of near-shore indigenous technology delivery centers in stable, rural communities near reservations. The goal was to empower clients with a low-cost resource alternative and provide Native Americans with a career path to raise their families at home. Randy’s ideas and expertise manifested into a passion project that soon began to take shape. Randy founded Cayuse along with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation to develop a low-cost onshore outsourcing solution that would allow young Native Americans to fulfill their dreams of career paths in the booming technology sector while remaining at home.The founding employees adopted a set of core values that were personal and poignant to their life journeys; the most unique is that of maintaining a HARMONIOUS HEART - defined in the handbook by stating -- "We are loyal, honest and mighty. The original company, Cayuse Technologies, has morphed into a flexible corporate structure under Cayuse Holdings, LLC and over fifteen subsidiaries. Cayuse Holdings, LLC continues to flourish and grow based on a strong value system that protects its clients, the people who work there, and the environment.

As a founding member of this law firm, I lead the firm in strategy and growth focused on delivering excellent client service shaped by collaboration and innovation. In the first ten years, I managed and drove the firm's growth in business litigation and transaction work from two to fourteen attorneys and six staff members and focused on the firm's operations and strategic marketing initiatives. The goal of keeping the firm in a client-focused and community-engaged firm during its growth led to the representation of hundreds of clients, including Fortune 50 companies. I was requested to serve for five years on the Board of Directors of a $2 billion company, which grew and merged with a larger public company.

I am a founder and shareholder in Servient, Inc., an organization focused on machine learning cloud-native technology used to automate electronic discovery, document management, and compliance for global law firms and companies. In my tenure as the Chief Operating Officer, I held a diverse set of operational responsibilities, including strategic planning with investors, development, marketing, sales, and general operations. Servient, Inc. continuously develops disruptive technology, expanding its platform's reach and impact on the legal and business world under its domain expert, experienced leadership.

As the Director of this $2.5 Billion Texas Company, I worked with management and state and federal regulatory agencies to position the company for growth and expansion, in full compliance with financial and legal requirements. During my tenure on the board, I served as the Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Cyber Security Committee. I worked successfully with a seven-member board to grow the company to $3 Billion. We also navigated a successful merger with a public company.

I was a founder of this successful legal search technology startup that was acquired by Thomson-Reuters Corporation. Our startup focused on applied natural language search technology for legal resources and developed into a high-growth user base in the legal market. The purchase was by West Publishing Company, a legal research service for lawyers and other legal professionals.
