I love the unique challenges that come along with focusing on people, talent, and driving equity through processes. I love talking about it, reading about it, listening to podcasts about it...you get the idea. I've been fortunate to have platforms by which I can share my passion. Whether it's my blog or various speaking engagements such as SourceCon or Talent Connect, I'm able to share what I've learned while still learning from others. One of the things that I enjoy about what I do is the fact that it's always changing and there is always someone doing it better so there are plenty of chances to learn and grow. I have experience building TA functions and implementing transformative processes such as skills-based hiring, evidence-based selection, next-level sourcing, and employment branding.
