-Project management as relates to Telecommunications Greenfield, rooftop and FTTx roll-outdeployments.-PV Solar energy solution design, BoQ/BoM approval, proposal presentations, procurement,implementation, integration to Genset and Batteries and ATS.-Site acquisition, Geotech reporting, License applications, scope definition & signoff, projectexecution, commissioning and hand-over.-Civil works; Walling, equipment room construction, ducting, manholes, foundation,assembly and erection, access roads, drainage, fencing, trenching etc-Telecommunications technical review; nominals, routing, spec sheets, As-builtdocumentation-Electrical Installations; Metering boxes, Inverters, ATS, Genset, Backup batteries, serviceracks, plc programming, alarm extension, earthing, lighting etc-Operational Health & Safety management and monitoring-Work schedule management, resource allocation, times approval, task prioritization-Technical scope management, cost predictions & allocations, creep management and risk control-Coordinate end to end Services sales activities; develop proposals, present offers, negotiate,and close opportunities-Business development, client servicing and partner engagement within the Inborn SolutionsTelecoms and energy portfolio-Project planning, procurement qualification, resource allocation, budget control etc-Technical Human resource management, recruiting, remuneration, rewarding, motivation andmentoring-Coordination with internal teams (delivery team, planning team, finance team, technical team)for the smooth execution of client projects.-Accurate & timely invoicing of sales, contract negotiations, process improvement-Partner engagement, timely reporting and relationship management.

-Advise on nominal planning according to project requirement (topology & equipment, capacity & utilization, frequency, network performance, NMS DCN & synchronization, backup & redundancy)-Answer RFP relating to End-to-End transmission solution (MSTP, IP, TDM/SDH, DWDM, MW)-Client engagement and the ability to partake in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, demos, seminars and presentations.-Advise on the multi-product network solution (interface and protocol connection to other products, BSS, Core, IN and etc.)-Presales support including quotation, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc;-Strategic Account Management lead the engineering sales to key accounts – strategic and targeted accounts; to focus for growth and implement account plans to grow the market share-Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure feature implementation-Promote Fixed Network Solutions to defined customers;-Understand and assist the Client with all aspects of their business as it relates to market regulations and requirements (country by country)-Create co-operative business plans with service providers and their partners;-Help to define new business models and support product features;-Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts;-Identify, quantify, and recommend actions to chase new business opportunities according to overall strategy Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts.

-Technical owner of various SLA/MLAs in the Central and East African region which include; Safaricom Kenya, Vodacom Tanzania, MTN Rwanda, Hormuud & Golis somalia, Total Congo and many smaller entities. -Manage and maintain the support level agreement held with the customers-Ensure correct and proper delivery of customer support services as specified by the SLAs-Drive customer satisfaction improvements-Act as the functional point of escalations with respect to support functions-Regular meetings with stakeholders to review and improve support processes and functions-Formulate migration and modernization plans to newer protocols and technologies.-Fault diagnosis and correlation of alarms; escalation of problems; generating trouble tickets.-Prepare reports for preventive maintenance as well as network/hop optimization-Pathloss link engineering, design and analysis-Prepare project plans and SOWs for upgrades and special installations-IP networking, VLANs, RSTP, DCN/NMS dimensioning, OSPF/RIP-EMS/OSS deployment and management, SNMPv1/v2, MIB script queries.-QoS implementations-Manage special/first-time projects from inception, planning, execution and monitoring.
