I repair, refurbish, maintain, and install coffee equipment, including brewers, grinders, and espresso machines. Brands of machines I work on include Bunn, Fetco, Cecilware, Mazzer, Compak, Mahlkonig, La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio, and Faema.

Slinging coffee, making lattes, and running food. Also, keeping the kitchen fueled on cold brew.

Not just espresso! I also prepared single origin coffees on the Clever dripper. Also, I began the coffee tasting event that is still held weekly to this day. Finally, I assisted the Coffee Director with the single origin program, including hand production, distribution, and writing and updating menus.

Typical barista duties, including operating an espresso machine, serving batch brewed coffee, and making single cups of coffee using the Clever brewer. I also operated the register, performed closing duties, and making smoothies.
