I am a Design Leader with a proven track record in digital transformation, products, service design, UX/UI, business strategy, change and more recently AI. I’m not your typical government worker. I’m a visionary, a dreamer, and an innovator. I recognise the need for widespread change and I’m committed to challenging the status quo to get there.Key to my approach is inspiring others to embrace change, be that behaviour, people, process or technology. I have a demonstrated ability to spark the courage in colleagues, senior management, and C-suite leaders to join me in this journey.
