My responsibilities included:- Manage all aspects of 25-35 medium to large scale projects including zoning, design, drafting, permitting, bidding, and construction administration- Work with administration staff to develop proposals by analyzing client needs, compiling project program, and preparing cost estimates- Present schematic designs, review design options, and discuss construction costs with clients while serving as their primary point of contact throughout their project’s life cycle- Identify requirements and create submission packages for ARB, BZA, & Site plan review presentations- Draft and approve CDs for additions, renovations, and new construction of single & multi-family residences- Monitor and direct the work of Draftsmen and Interns on concurrent projects at various stages while fostering an environment of collaborative problem solving- Manage consultants to coordinate Interior Design, MEP, structural, civil, and landscape drawings- Review and evaluate construction bids, assist clients in understanding bids, & assist in decision making- Visit construction sites, respond to RFIs, provide ASIs, and review/approve contractor submittals

My responsibilities included:- Survey existing building conditions to create existing drawings- Participate in and formally document meetings with clients, engineers, & building officials- Generate realistic computer renderings for client’s to include in marketing packages- Design and construct physical models for presentation to clients & LPC of NYC- Contact, request samples, and obtain quotes from material manufacturers
