• Assist Chief of IT Operations with cabling, administration of servers, switches, DNS, DHCP, Wireless, racks, and telephone equipment, • Works with the Chief of IT Operations in handling incidents involving malware, unauthorized software, and other security violations. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve connectivity issues, including modems, fiber-optic and Ethernet cables, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and VPN, utilizing a variety of network-troubleshooting tools.
