• Hired by EMC’s CIO to transform EMC’s fragmented IT groups into a centralized IT function that became tightly aligned with EMC’s business groups yet delivered technically compatible solutions that effectively enabled.
• Directed team of +100 IT professionals in the US, Ireland, and India. EMC’s Enterprise solutions enabled EMC to reliably process 70% of their multi-billion dollar revenue in the last three weeks of each quarter.
• Led design, development and support for applications enabling EMC’s Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Sales, and Corporate Quality organizations. Team included managers, application analysts.
• Developed governance and reporting models which ensured project and resource management processes were followed, identified potential project slippage and interdependencies, and provided formal reporting to senior.
