Global liaison for the Senior Sales Team for Ruckus, Commscope’s Networking business segment, I am charged with both Sustainment and Enhancement projects within and to the CRM. This includes taking the lead on integrations, improving productivity in Sales and Marketing, and providing insight on GTM strategy. Through cadence with high-level leadership and the team itself, my daily goal is to enable the Sales Team at large to operate at the highest level.

Supporting the Worldwide Sales Team for Ruckus, Commscope’s Networking business segment, I am primarily tasked with design and deployment of improvements to the existing CRM. I work hand-in-hand with Senior Sales Leadership to ensure operational readiness, data quality and accuracy, and effective reporting. My work drives process improvements, assists in forecasting, and guarantees the team can function to its best ability. I regularly interface with Sales and Cross-Functional organizations to develop best practices and emphasize efficiency.

As the reporting lead for Commscope's Networking segment, I am called upon by the Worldwide Sales Team for Forecasting, Demand, and Point of Sale data. Primary responsibilities include weekly cadence reports to the Sales Team, building and maintaining Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboards, and overview of data on specific product lines.

At Brocade, I was focused on forecasting, sales analytics and problem-solving through reporting and trend analysis. Secondary responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring sales engagements, Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting, compliance and validation details within SFDC. Accomplishments included orchestrating and organizing a multi-million dollar forecast plan, as well as building and maintaining multiple SFDC reports/dashboards for deal analysis, forecasting, and incentived sales programs.

Birmingham, Alabama Area

From my internship at BioHorizons, I was able to implement what I have learned in both my finance and marketing classes in the sales and marketing environments. I was able to demonstrate my financial analytical skills and my personal selling skills in a very unique position reporting directly to both the CEO and the Vice President of North American sales. My position provided a learning experience in consumer behavior, customer research, and competitive analysis.
