I represent DHS in United States Immigration Court removal (deportation) proceedings in El Paso, Texas and Chaparral, New Mexico (handling both detained and non-detained dockets, as well as both adult and juvenile dockets), in addition to appellate proceedings before the Board of Immigration Appeals in Falls Church, Virginia. I assist the local United States Attorney's Office with litigation support concerning immigration-related matters pending before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. As the leader of my office's Juvenile team, I bear responsibility for efficient management of litigation and motion practice for one of the largest juvenile immigration court dockets in the nation. I also lead my office's Appeals team and I am a member of our Denaturalization team. I am a former instructor at the ICE Academy in Dallas, Texas (2006-2012). Finally, I provide legal advice to Border Patrol Agents and Deportation Officers in Far West Texas and throughout New Mexico.

Presided over thousands of administrative hearings to determine eligibility of crime victims for compensation for medical injuries, physical therapy, loss of earnings, rehabilitative services, crime scene cleanup, and mental health counseling, in accordance with New Jersey's Criminal Injuries Compensation Act of 1971, codified at N.J.S.A. section 52:4B-1 et seq., and New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) section 13:75-1.1 et seq. Authored hundreds of opinions subject to direct review by Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, with only two reversals. Appeared and spoke at selected events during New Jersey's annual Crime Victims Rights Week (1992-2001). Moderated panel discussion (1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) and gave presentation (1998 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware) at regional conferences of the National Association of Crime Victim Compensation Boards. Appeared as featured guest on Gloucester County Prosecutor's local radio show, broadcast from Rowan University (2000). Assisted 9/11 victims in applying for crime victim compensation during assignment to temporary family assistance center in Jersey City, New Jersey; received a commendation from New Jersey's Attorney General for this work (2001).
