I am a junior at the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, pursuing a major in Finance with a collateral in Entrepreneurship. Outside of school, I serve as an Aircraft Environmental and Electrical Systems Specialist with the United States Air Force at the Tennessee Air National Guard. In this role, I maintain and repair aircraft electrical and life support systems to ensure our Air Force is operationally ready. My responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and adhering to compliance standards. My leadership qualities and strategic thinking have been instrumental in enhancing my roles as an Air Force member, particularly through effectively collaborating with teams to maintain aircraft readiness. In addition, I am an aspiring aviator with a private pilot’s license. I am currently taking flight lessons and studying for my IFR rating. My passion for aviation is complemented by my interest in mechanics, sparked in high school while working on outboard motors with my dad. This hobby honed my mechanical skills and guided my decision to join the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. My future career goals include obtaining all pilot certifications and my A&P license, aiming to contribute to a career in the aviation industry. My journey reflects a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in everything I do.
