William Nassar spent 14 years in the Corporate Environment at Bourns Inc., before joining the private sector. During his tenure at Bourns , he was instrumental in working with all Senior Management selecting new product lines and building new factories through out the world. He spent a great deal of time working on US Government Negotiations and directing World Wide Contracts in addition to his role as Senior Legal Counsel; Once ion the private sector he took the knowledge gained from his time at Bourns and started a practice focused on Transactional, Corporate, Business Litigation, and high end estate planning, building a sole practitioner practice to a rather large practice covering all courts in Southern California. William is back to a small practice allowing him to serve his clients the way they expect with time and dignity at very reasonable prices and has a small staff of 5, which includes 1 other attorney. About 25% of the practice is Pro Bono. He continues to work with Probate, Estate Planning, Trust Litigation, Business and transaction and Business litigation.
