Hi, I’m Will!I am a designer specializing in end-to-end product and innovation, digital transformation, and group facilitation projects that focus on problem-solving. With a solid background in product and service building, I excel in planning and leading teams.In my previous role, I led several product discoveries, digital transformations, and research projects for major financial clients, with a focus on product acquisition, consumer relationship facilitation, and digital commerce. I also built products for improving the employee experience and contributed to the career development of designers through mentoring and designing training programs.I also worked with product and service design initiatives for clients in the agricultural, electrical, and financial sectors.
