  I have expanded the divisions of Oil, Gas, Power and Construction by winning new clients and investing in the latest resourcing technology availables across different market sectors which has reduced our overheads and made the process of technically screening candidates a lot quicker. I decided to concentrate on looking at the entire project part of the sector and I have designed and built a high class project finance division working with most of the top 25 world banks in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
