Current• Design and Development: Work with the software architect to design and develop robust machine vision systems tailored to various applications including sorting, flaw detection, measurement, locating, counting, and quality inspection. • Application Development with C# and dotnet framework to Create and implement machine vision systems specifically for manufacturing processes (PLC), leveraging machine vision software to optimize production and quality control. • System Commissioning - Oversee the deployment and commissioning of machine vision systems at client locations, ensuring smooth integration and functionality. • Collaboration and engage with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective products, contributing to both design and implementation phases. • Write high-performance, secure, and maintainable code. Adhere to best practices in software development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Modifies Allen Bradley PLC programs and HMI designs using Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk Studio.• Troubleshoots VFD Faults, electrical installation and wiring.• Troubleshoots failure motors such as Fans and Industrial Freezers’ Drum.• Commissions Spiral Freezers and Tunnel Freezers onsite internationally for startups.• Designs and develops panel layouts, network layouts and wiring diagrams.• Carries out I/O checks on motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and other measuring devices.• Maintains communications with customers to ensure resolution and properly follow-up.• Trains client’s operators on seamless use of HMI’s features to effectively operate the freezers.• Manages and handles incoming calls and answered customer’s inquiries.•
