• Serve as main point of contact between DataBank and Customer handling all specifications, deadlines, potential changes needed to be made, as well as ensuring excellent communication is always kept.
• Manage a team of 3 Project Managers and 2 Production Supervisors locally as well as up to 10 offsite personnel ensuring that deadlines and customer expectations are being met.
• Project Management of National and in-house conversion projects across all offices of DataBank IMX
• Responsible for drafting and finalizing project documentation such as Training Material, Process Control Documents, and Statements of Work based on Customer and DataBank requirements gathered through direct interaction.
• Serves as Main Escalation role for all hardware and software troubleshooting for coverage area.
• Provide technical information and services and lead technical decision-making process on current and potential customers

• TRIM Context Administrator (Enterprise Records Management Software)
• Litigation Support Specialist(perform searches for outside counsel)
• Subject Matter Expert for Digital Record Conversions
• Corporate Records Program Microsoft SharePoint Site developer and administrator
• Create Reports used for statistics, legal holds, program awareness, and destruction
