The Integrated Traffic Manager is responsible for scheduling and forwarding commercial materials to networks and/or stations for use on the air. This position is also responsible for network legal clearances. I've handled this for Nike, Facebook, Quibi, KFC, Coca-Cola, TurboTax, Fisher-Price, Omen by HP, Participant Media, World Surf League, and the American Indian College Fund. - Coordinates with multiple departments inside the agency (Production, Media, Business Affairs and Account Services) to gather information for accurate distribution of finished commercials to broadcast stations on media buy in advance of airdate - Creates and delivers letters of instruction to each broadcast station/network in a timely manner, detailing all necessary traffic information (broadcast medium, client code, product code, estimate numbers, flight dates, programs, rotation percentages, ISCI codes, spot titles/lengths) -Generates dub and ship orders, ensuring every station on media buy is shipped the correct commercial in advance of airdate -Works closely with outside media-buying services to ensure every station is shipped the correct commercial and instructions for media buy -Estimates and manages client dubbing and shipping budgets; works with Business Affairs Managers and Account Services on estimate revisions and overages -Coordinates clearance of client commercials on all television networks, as required on media schedule, by compiling information (beginning with scripts, rough cuts and final commercials to ensure commercial is cleared by the first airdate) from Business Affairs Managers, Producers and Account Services teams; obtains substantiation for claims in commercials as requested by networks to receive clearance -Creates/assigns ISCI codes for each different piece of creative content -Communicates closely with client’s other advertising agencies to provide all broadcast traffic duties for these outside agencies (if W+K is media agency of record)

- Manage a team of 10 spanning 3 different positions including Tier 1 Support, Tier 2 Support, and Social Media Support. - Act as an escalation for point, policy, and procedure for the Mercari User Experience - Strategize and help keep policies consistent with a company that is consistently changing and improving. - Work with my fellow leads on setting agent goals and expectations in a way that is clear and measurable for the agents. - Work with other departments of Mercari to ensure our user experience has continuity between these departments. - Handle all of the support teams one-to-many communications with our Social Media Platforms,(Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) Apple & Google Play reviews, as well as consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau

- Provide friendly, timely support via our in-house CRM tool and Zendesk customer service platform- Handle returns, account closers, ticket escalations, social media tickets, and overall tech support- Take inquary escalations from the Tier Level 1 agents (Higher price and Risk cases)

- Handle transactions equivalent to $1500 daily when serving - Complete manager reports at the end of every shift cycle- Ensure the day to day operations of Faegan's run smoothly with both the Bar staff and the Kitchen Staff- Manage my team of servers while waiting on tables at the same time.

- The task is to execute and pitch a full advertising campaign.- The class is split into 9 teams of 4 competing to see who would win the new business.- On my team, I was tasked with the role of Account Manager to lead the pitch. - Rules of the project were to follow as we would in the real world. If we didn't win the business, we didn't win the project. If anyone on the team was not pulling their weight, we reserved the right to remove said member. - We also had to create an agency to win the buisness, with only using true information. (How to spin to a major brand like Cannon, that 4 students should run their account.)

During my time with the Americorps Program, I worked with 4 non-profit groups across the western part of the united states. These groups are as followed: SugerPine Summer Camp (Oakhurst CA) - Assisted in clearing fallen brush along the perimeter of the camp to ensure all buildings and structures would be safe in the event of a forest fire. The RoadHome Shelter (Salt Lake City UT) - Acted as security staff to assist with the shelters winter overflow operations. Sunfield Biodynamic Farm and Waldorf School/ Fort Flagler State Park (Port Townsand WA) - Assisted the farm in building a fence and day to day farm operations. In addition, for housing exchange, we worked with Fort Flagler state park in the removal of invasive plants. Elkton Community Education Center (Elkton OR) - Assisted the Community Center with their addition of an irrigation system for their community garden as well as preparing the center for community events.
