Key Responsibilities included managing on the firm's Current Deal Flow, involved in Various Roles from: Financial Modeling and Due Diligence, Drafting of Term Sheets, Drafting of Investment Memoranda and Creation of Road Show Presentations.Accomplishments:• Advised on an Affordable Housing Bond Transaction (KSh. 3.9 Billion / 32+ Mn USD) that was floated on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.• Advised on the First Social Asset Backed Bond issued in Africa for a Higher Education Loan Board based out of Nairobi Kenya (KSh. 5.5 Billion / 45+ Mn USD) • Advised on Deal Flow in the Real Estate, Education and Healthcare sectors, advising clients of a cumulative deal size of over KES 1 Bn (USD 7 Mn)• Derived and Developed Financial Models for the use in the development of Funding proposals and for internal use by Management.• Advised and performed Regular Training to Pension Fund Trustees on their scheme performance from Developed Reports comparing them to industry benchmarks and Peers.

Financial Advisory Placement with a private charitable trust in the United Kingdom. Accomplishments included:‑•Co‑Developed easy to use Templates for Financial Statements and Administrative Frameworks to be used across the Charitable Trusts within the Local Community•Conducted Financial Training and Literacy classes for the Trustee's to enable them to adequate make decisions and Trickledown the knowledge gained to Benefactors.• Analyzed data to support assessment of project development impact.
