Commercial Contracts Project Manager
The head of my department extended my contract throughout the summer due to me impressing her over the year with my work ethic and attitude. I was taken on as a temp to complete a project process mapping all of my departments support and administration processes and writing a procedure guide for them. The project was very successful and was completed on time, even though it was originally meant to be completed by two people. But with the other person leaving the company I took on the responsibility and made sure I finished the project before I returned to University. These processes will be used by members of the Commercial Contracts department to better understand some of the processes that go on and by potentially members of other departments at Xerox where some of the admin work may get outsourced to. (Recommendation from the head of department below)
Contract Support Executive
During my placement I worked within the Commercial Contracts Team at the Xerox UK Headquarters as a Contract Support Executive for 12 months. When I was at Xerox I took on a couple of projects to attempt to improve the Diamond Process. I met up with numerous stakeholders/approvers and got feedback from them regarding the process. I then shared my findings with my team and the improvements that I have suggested were implemented.
