I am honored to be the recipient of the Michaux-Reynolds Families Premier MBA Fellowship and the Steve & Debbie Vetter Dean’s Fellowship.Previously, as an Acquisitions Associate at STAG Industrial, Inc., I prioritized innovation by redesigning underwriting templates, leveraging VBA, and establishing our capabilities as a development venture partner. This enhanced our acquisition analyses, improved departmental efficiencies, and expanded our acquisition opportunities. Over time, I developed expertise in NOI forecast modeling and DCF valuation, gaining a deep understanding of acquisition strategy within a publicly traded company. These skills were crucial in rebuilding our underwriting platforms and leading the evaluation of alternative real estate development opportunities, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and reach of our acquisitions department.My journey in asset management at Woods Realty Associates, LLC, on Cape Cod, solidified my expertise in financial analysis and contract management. Our team's collaborative efforts in managing medical commercial buildings and implementing rigorous budgeting protocols demonstrate my commitment to precision and strategic growth in the real estate sector. By building strong relationships with tenants and maintenance providers, we have consistently delivered high-quality service, resulting in exceptionally low tenant turnover.I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business, where I double majored in Finance and International Business, with a minor in Economics. While I consider myself a leader, I always seek to learn from those around me. When a method is demonstrated to me, I remember it and can replicate it.
