Bill Nealis has over 10 years’ experience creating, implementing, and delivering successful training programs to both internal and external audiences. His experience in designing and delivering training for complex technology and processes in both the financial services and education field is bolstered by his own successful sales career. Bill was recognized for three consecutive years as one of the top Subaru sales people in the United States, and brings that mindset of the end user of training to each initiative. Bill is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication. When he isn’t training, he spends time mountain biking and volunteering to build and maintain the local trails in Cook County for others to enjoy.
