I have worked in 10 machine shops since 1998 as a CNC Machine Operator making parts for automotive, aerospace, military, electronics, and other uses. I have worked on long term part contracts and small batch part runs machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, copper, powder metal, and plastic parts. My specialty is running CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machines, manual load or autoloader. I have a reputation for always running high quality parts at over production rate parts per hour. I am adept with running multiple machines at once, doing my own quality control checks with the floor gages, using a CMM to gauge the parts, doing my own offsets and tool changes, handling machine or robot alarms and faults, and doing daily machine maintenance. I was a Production Supervisor before and was given my own production line of machines and operators which I maintained for years and can easily adapt to any situation that may happen.I also work at home online as a Social Media Specialist for multiple companies. I currently work for Rogue Chimera Films, The Magic of Horror Film Festival, Our "Relaxing" Hobby. I post daily to social media platforms and handle social media communications. I work during my own time daily for my online work as I do work full a time position also.
