Client Relationship Manager
Current- Manage the day-to-day client relationship by providing regular updates, addressing enquiries, and scheduling review meetings.
- Attend meetings with the Financial Planner, capturing accurate meeting minutes that comprehensively outline the gathered information regarding clients' financial goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Financial Planner post-meetings to evaluate client circumstances and actively participate in developing and executing a financial planning strategy aligned with clients' objectives and goals.
- Conduct research and analysis of suitable products and services tailored to each client's financial situation, subsequently discussing appropriate solutions with the Financial Planner.
- Overseeing the management and prioritisation of recommendation reports to ensure clients receive reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Writing recommendation reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for review by the Financial Planner.
