Client Relationship Manager
Current• Manage the day-to-day client relationship by providing regular updates, addressing enquiries, and scheduling review meetings. • Attend meetings with the Financial Planner, capturing accurate meeting minutes that comprehensively outline the gathered information regarding clients' financial goals and requirements. • Collaborate with the Financial Planner post-meetings to evaluate client circumstances and actively participate in developing and executing a financial planning strategy aligned with clients' objectives and goals. • Conduct research and analysis of suitable products and services tailored to each client's financial situation, subsequently discussing appropriate solutions with the Financial Planner. • Overseeing the management and prioritisation of recommendation reports to ensure clients receive reports in a timely and efficient manner.• Writing recommendation reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for review by the Financial Planner. • Take responsibility for the timely implementation of recommendations. • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory developments and recording this on your CPD log.• Adhere to the principles of the Consumer Duty legislation to optimise outcomes for our clients.
