Ceo/PresidentFpi Managment Inc 1981 - 1986The company was a nationally recognized developer of affordable apartment communities in the western United States during the 70's and early 80's. The ending of the FHA apartment financing program combined with the severe recessions and 18% interest rates of the early 80's caused a near collapse of the company.Started as CFO in 1981 and Promoted to CEO/President in 1982 (age29) and led the turnaround effort to rescue the company. Today FPI is the 11th largest property management company in the US managing over 60,000 apartment units in 10 states.
