Oversee Operations Department of the country’s largest Craft Beer distributor which includes warehousing and delivery of products (more than 2,300 SKUs) from 100+ craft brewers. Develop and manage the warehouses operating budget, inventory, product flow, and optimal production output of all warehouse operations. Perform cost/benefit analysis for optimum production and storage layout. Direct the operation of the shop truck fleet consisting of three tractors and seventy trailers while ensuring the compliance of the Department of Transportation regulations. Direct the operation of warehousing, distribution and asset management as it relates to surplus grocery shelving, checkout booths, refrigerated cases and several miscellaneous items. Manage warehouse building grounds issues, safety issues in regard to OSHA, and housekeeping.
