I was responsible for the growth and development of Hilldrup’s Commercial Workplace Solutions Division, working strategically to maximize revenue and market share of Hilldrup’s integrated relocation services.- Grew in total revenue for the company by an average of 48% every year during 5.5 years- Achieved highest annual total sales of $1.789M in 2022 (as of October) – would have reached $2.0M by Dec. 2022- Consistently remained an active member of networking groups and IFMA in the Northern VA and DC- Brought the only two true MAC accounts into Hilldrup by any salesperson that was not a “company inbound” solicitation. - Opened Hilldrup to relationships in the DC market that resulted in an expansion of the Workplace Solutions division and the opportunities to work with large MAC bid opportunities throughout the DMV through both research/cold calling and relationships at the Broker & Project Management Levels- Performed my own Project Management duties for customers moves, also including: project signage, meeting with building management to arrange delivery – COI - move-in schedules, performed internal redesign layout recommendations and measurements for customers, provided in-person customer “town-hall” pre-move meetings to review move details for large corporate opportunities and small moves alike, arranged the reallocation of furniture for donation to other cities in the US to avoid disposal and recycling costs, arranged and designed full project schedules for 100+ employee moves along with seating chart and packing/storage/unpacking/delivery scheduling and training where necessary- The only mover to be invited to Microsoft, IBM, Marriott, the NAACP, the Pentagon, Nestle, PBS, Under Armour, and many other major DC projects all during my first 6 years- Sold New & Used Furniture
