-Built a highly effective team of managers and business analysts to implement and manage ongoing support of Salesforce.com.-Instituted Salesforce.com as the company’s key business application working in conjunction with Oracle R12 E-Business.-Established an IT Helpdesk process and application with full set of management metrics and reporting capabilities.-Created the Company Partner Portal, a key element in the transformation of the company's selling model from direct sales to 2-tier distribution. -Migrated the company global support operations onto Salesforce.com Service CloudImplemented an integration strategy that standardized integrations onto one platform across several systems.-Increased software development production by 40% and reduced costs by 85% by establishing an offshore development team.-Implemented various cloud based applications (SFDC, Concur,Echospan,NetExam) and integrated them into internal and other cloud applications which provided a secure, cost effective and scalable ecosystem.-Enhanced IT policies including: Change Management, User Administration and Segregation of Duties to meet or exceed all Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance standards.Placed within the top 500 IT Innovations for 2012 awarded by InformationWeekly for the Sonus Partner Portal using salesforce.com

-Instituted and automated full revenue recognition process in Oracle. -Implemented commissions system and processes-Automated T&E process with a cloud based solution

-Implemented and then managed all financial systems within the company including the Hyperion suite(Enterprise, Planning, Pillar, Essbase)-Established a full financial consolidation process of over 30 legal entities on a multi national scale

-Assisted companies in building a complete set of financial reports after upgrading to a new system including P&L,BS, cash flow,inter-co, transfer pricing, consolidated financials.
