Assisted Project Manager on LAUSD Central Region Elementary School #16. Project includes a two story classroom building over subterranean parking and a single story multipurpose building with a total construction cost of $33 million.71 unit senior living apartment building located; Two story affordable senior housing development including one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.New carriage house and rehabilitation of historic residence / group home

Project Management and Construction Administration: Manage several different project types from schematic design through completion of construction.Projects managed include 6 story condominium building for destination resort in La Paz, Mexico, numerous single family residential tracts in both Southern California and Las Vegas and custom residence designed to meet Irvine Green Program criteria. Experience managing budgets, setting and maintaining deadlines, and leading meetings with clients, contractor and/or consultants. Responsible for construction administration of single family residential community totaling over 2000 homes; Management and Administrative: Lead a team of three employees with responsibilities including redlining drawings, distribution of workload and conducting employee performance reviews.Participate in office management meetings regarding company organization, strategy, and scheduling of projects.
