    As a Data Officer, I co-facilitate the Eastside Pathways Data Council – a group of individuals with expertise in measurement, evaluation, and data analysis that provide consultation, analysis and guidance to individual organizations or specific outcome related strategies.I provide data-informed guidance on the strategic direction of the Eastside Pathways Partnership using quantitative and qualitative data from community, district and municipal data sources.I collaboratively built a research-backed framework with local East King County in- and out-of-school programs to guide the improvement of their program policies and practices to equitably support the social emotional wellbeing of the students they serve. Data on this “test of change” is being collected presently.Wrote the 2021 Eastside Pathways Community Report documenting the successes, challenges and progress Eastside Pathways Partnership moved through to meet the dynamic needs of the diverse communities of East King County. Led interviews, gathered supporting qualitative and quantitative evidence to complete the annual Strive Together Civic Infrastructure Assessment. The assessment provides community level information illustrating the progress that organizations’ collective impact efforts have made towards fulfilling population level outcome goals fulfilling its outcome goals.
