This was a maternity cover position. A specialist Senior Recruiter with experience in multiple industries. I was working for Moody's across both Moody's Investor Services and Moody's Analytics. Alongside direct recruitment for senior positions I supported the graduate programmes. I also implemented a completely new methodology in how we use a CRM tool for EMEA and this has been adopted by US and APAC regions too under my guidance and training. I was also on the Management Committee for the Veterans Employee Resource Group and have helped coordinate career support events for service leavers.
