This includes my fractional general-counsel practice, which focuses on licensing negotiations for fast-paced software sales companies, managing clients’ large trademark portfolios, and augmenting the commercial and intellectual property capabilities of our clients' in-house legal departments.My litigation experience includes a bet-the-company trade secret litigation for an international pharmaceutical company, a copyright infringement case for an architectural firm, a trademark infringement case for a publicly traded health care company, as well as several other IP and contract cases in various federal courts. My experience extends from years litigating with an Am Law 200 firm in the E.D. Va., W.D.
