systhen is an international integrator of digital transformation solutions specializing in document dematerialization (scanners, EDM, electronic invoicing, archiving, etc.). Goal : to improve a company's financial and operational performance by replacing paper documents with digital tools.I joined the company as its first digital acquisition manager and helped it grow from a dozen to 500+ SQLs a year.I implemented Hubspot as a CRM and marketing automation tool and trained the teams.I also implemented and managed the entire inbound and outbound acquisition strategy (cold emailing, cold calling, webinars, SEO, SEA, landing pages).As the company had recently changed its name, we needed to focus on reputation. I led the strategy and content creation, which improved the performance of our Linkedin page and posts, as well as our SEO.I also improved and automated our in-market sales processes so that sales people could focus on higher value-added tasks.Finally, I took on the role of Product Manager to implement and continuously improve several digital products (website, ERP, SaaS) by gathering requirements, managing technical teams and measuring performance.

Mister Auto is the eCommerce subsidiary of the Stellantis group. The website is available in around twenty countries worldwide and enables professionals and private individuals to order and deliver car parts more easily.As PM, I was responsible for a team of 5 developers + 1 tech lead + 1 UI lead. I collected requirements from other departments within the company or directly from users via tools (AB Tasty, Hotjar) or focus groups. I prioritised it using the RICE matrix, in collaboration with the stakeholders. Then, within a SCRUM framework, I detailed the functional and technical specifications, launched the sprints, carried out the acceptance tests, analysed the performance, iterated, and so on.Results: AB tests that significantly improved traffic and conversion
