Key responsibility:- Following incoming shipment in order to do customs clearance and arrange delivery for production.- Updating daily importing Schedule for relevant depts.- Checking the consistency, suitability, accuracy of shipping docs before declare customs. - Checking HS code of materials is consistent with previous shipments or clarifying HS code for new materials.- Applying Insurance for shipment with delivery terms: EXW, FOB, FCA, FAS, CPT, CFR and making claims… Show more Key responsibility:- Following incoming shipment in order to do customs clearance and arrange delivery for production.- Updating daily importing Schedule for relevant depts.- Checking the consistency, suitability, accuracy of shipping docs before declare customs. - Checking HS code of materials is consistent with previous shipments or clarifying HS code for new materials.- Applying Insurance for shipment with delivery terms: EXW, FOB, FCA, FAS, CPT, CFR and making claims with Insurance agencies if any damages.- Doing custom clearance with CD CODE: E11, E13, E15, H11, E62, B31- Making goods inspection when the shipments are delivered to factory and make reports for related depts.- Checking CT PAT as Adidas' standard of trucks once arriving to factory before unloading goods.- Issuing Proof of delivery for all shipments delivered to warehouse and make claims with customers, forwarders, and related departments if any damages. - Making weekly, monthly reports of importing shipment.- Preparing documents for paying logistics costs (such as: insurance fee, tax, oversea freight costs, local delivery transportation, .etc...)- Working on ERP systems: Checking Inventory storage, Exporting quantity and prices of goods for each shipment, MOQ. and updating shipment status.
