~Lead Engineer over a new rotary control system for a major recreational vehicle company launching on their UTV’s in 2022.* Directed and worked with a team of electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to design, develop, and produce a proprietary rotary control system that is estimated to ship between 10k and 30k annually.* Coordinated efforts between our team to interpret customer desires into usable applications that meet customer specs in all aspects of functionality and aesthetic brand language.* Curtiss-Wright plans to use the base product to launch into new markets, bringing additional revenue streams into the company. ~Launched a new Carbon 3D printing solution at our plant for use in rapid prototyping and eventual low-volume production applications.* Designed and directed the setup of a “clean room” where parts are printed and processed.* Used my 3D printing experience to launch this cutting-edge solution quickly, which was utilized immediately upon launch to save a major project from missing a critical deadline.* I am the onsite technical expert for this tool. Provided on-site training for the manufacturing team. * Presented the product at trade shows.~Product Manager and Lead Engineer over the “HI-Core” line of medical carts. (Q1 2015 to Q2 2017)* Designed and developed from the ground up a new low-cost line of carts. Brought cart from prototype to full production.* Directed a team of engineers, technicians, technical writers, and marketers to bring the product line to market.~Lead Engineer over the “Pinnacle” line of BCMA carts. (Q1 2013 to Q3 2015)* Made quality-improvement changes to around forty features of an existing line of large med-dispensing carts.* This improved line secured a multi-million dollar contract.~Manager of New Product Request Program at Howard Medical (Q4 2012 to Q3 2015)* Worked on well over 100 special orders from customers, many of which became standard offerings at Howard.
