As the Retail Operations Manager I am responsible for understanding, implementing and enforcing the retail process. The position must deliver consistent leadership that will ensure the quality of our product. The retail process includes planning, scheduling and overseeing all aspects of retail merchandising in the manager’s assigned territories.

* Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Home Business Group results including Sales, Cost Control and NOP within the district* Analyze business results and create solutions for performance gaps* Create strategies surrounding Corporate-led initiatives* Communicate local needs, perspective and insight with corporate partners to help drive.
