• Definition of optical cable projects and connectivity components for Data Centers according to the customer's needs, contributing knowledge and information to support technical decisions and feasibility analyzes aimed at achieving project deadline, cost and quality objectives, in addition to training of installation teams.• Develop, together with the team from the other Sumitomo units (USA and Japan), solutions for manufacturing products here in Brazil aiming at consolidated products in foreign markets, from conception to delivery to the customer, taking care of all project management;• Follow-up with suppliers and partners to execute the product nationalization project, manage approval of new products for the Data Center, from samples, certification body, documentation to on-site testing, managing the entire process;• Support the import of products working with quotation, lead time, NCM (proper tax classification), Incoterm, etc.• Production of marketing work (art and content for flyers, banners and catalogues, as well as product datasheets for the Data Center line)

• Responsible for supporting the manufacturing processes of the light axle line, interacting with the entire team providing information and technical solutions to ensure quality, productivity and improvements.• Product development using CREO, changing the structure of the Bill of Material, following up with device suppliers, etc.;• Technical support to the Application Engineering area in the development of new products or improvement of current ones, with analysis from technical drawings to validations and tryouts.• Development of devices for machines and manufacturing line in all the company's manufacturing lines. aiming at safety, quality and productivity focusing on operator utilization, using CAD and process documentation management (PFMEA, control plan, operation instruction, set-up instruction, etc).

• Responsible for the entire development of the enterprise, including renovation of the property, coordinating the civil contractor, purchasing furniture and decorating the environment, creating the menu, supervising employees, partnering with dispatchers and suppliers, marketing, purchasing, etc.

• Designing molds and devices for injection of phenolic sand and monitoring their manufacture. (Software used: Solidworks following the GD&T pattern of geometric tolerances);• Develop raw material suppliers (machined parts, plastics, stamped parts, sand, etc.) and also external services; support the sales area regarding the customer's needs, developing new products and/or making necessary changes.

• Acting in the development of new devices for the manufacture of products, optimization of the manufacturing process, support in improvements and development of plans for solving problems.

• Teaching disciplines: mechanical technical drawing, fundamentals of mechanics, industrial metrology, mechanical construction materials, heat treatment, AutoCAD and preparation of practical activities and tests.

• Assist in the maintenance and inspection of parts for injection molding machines, maintenance of hydraulic valves, preparation of mechanical technical drawings and promote new suppliers of products and services.

• Teach Solidworks CAD course from basic to advanced; Implement the software on customers and resolve post-sales queries.

• Responsible for the Autocad software lab at the college, development of a course handout and assisting students in learning the software in mechanical projects.

• Inspecting products on machines, releasing production and process documentation, assembling devices for dimensional inspection and 5S maintenance of the work area.

• Inspect products and manufacturing processes, production release and process documentation.

• Sort customer order, inspect finished orders, inspect loads for customers and internal movement between GM distribution center.
